Jamie Gleason, MSN, FNP-BC
Jamie Gleason, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, skilled aesthetic injector, and the proud owner of Üesthetics. She earned her BSN from the Indiana University School of Nursing and her MSN from Ball State University, and she's known for an approach that's conservative, natural, and built around enhancing each client's unique beauty rather than changing it.
Jamie has been part of Ü since the doors opened in 2018, and in 2022 she took over the practice as its owner. Before stepping into aesthetics, she spent seven years at the IU Simon Cancer Center and four years at Eli Lilly — experiences that shaped the way she cares for people today. She leads with warmth and treats every client like a friend, because she believes great results start with feeling comfortable and genuinely heard.
Outside the clinic, Jamie is a busy mom who loves traveling with her family, cheering on local sporting events, and squeezing in the oh-so-hard-to-coordinate lunch with girlfriends.

Meghan Scarzo, MSN, RN, is an Aesthetic Nurse at Üesthetics with a Master of Science in Nursing. She lives near Bargersville, Indiana, and is passionate about helping others feel confident in their own beautiful skin. Meghan loves being in a career that allows her to promote self-love while building meaningful connections with her patients each day. Education is a key part of her practice — she prioritizes empowering patients with the knowledge they need to make the best decisions about their treatment plans. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and their four daughters. She loves being outdoors, attending concerts, visiting local wineries, and making memories with family and friends.
Amber Cinfio, BSN, RN, is a dedicated aesthetic nurse with over a year of experience specializing in neurotoxins and laser hair removal. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident and comfortable through treatments that deliver natural, refined results. In addition to her role at Üesthetics, Amber brings extensive clinical expertise from her full-time position on a bone marrow transplant unit, where she has cared for patients for 15 years. This strong medical foundation allows her to combine precision and safety in every aesthetic service she provides. Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their new baby girl they welcomed in Spring of 2026.
Lori Lemsters, MSN, RN, is a Master's-prepared nurse with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, bringing both clinical excellence and artistic precision to aesthetic medicine. She has been a nurse for 16 years, and her background in executive nursing ensures safe, evidence-based practice, while her fine arts training allows her to approach each client with a trained eye for balance, proportion, and subtle enhancement. Her philosophy is simple: natural, refined results rooted in anatomy, safety, and aesthetic harmony.
Nicole Miller, LE, is a Licensed Esthetician with over 5 years of experience in helping clients understand and care for their skin. She's passionate about educating others on how the skin works and creating personalized routines that promote healthy, happy skin. Her approach combines experience with a genuine love for helping people feel confident in their own skin.
