Welcome. By accessing or using uestheticsindy.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Site without our express written permission.

Content on the Site — including service descriptions, expected results, downtime estimates, and price ranges — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose or treat a condition. Your specific plan will be determined during a consultation with one of our licensed providers.

Pricing and estimates

Prices, ranges, and estimates shown on the Site (including the Price Estimator) are approximations based on common treatment scenarios. Final pricing depends on your individual plan and is confirmed at the time of service. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Booking, cancellation and no-shows

Bookings are subject to the cancellation policy presented at the time of booking on our scheduling platform (Jane App). We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations and reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including photography, copy, design, and the Üesthetics wordmark — is the property of Üesthetics Indy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Brand names of products we use (e.g. Dysport, Sculptra, SkinPen, LaseMD) belong to their respective owners.

User submissions

Information you submit through forms on the Site (contact, newsletter, etc.) is handled under our Privacy Policy. By submitting before-and-after photos or testimonials, you grant us permission to use them in marketing materials unless you specify otherwise in writing.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Üesthetics Indy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
